Katherine began her real estate career over 18 years ago in Vail, Colorado. With many years of experience serving clientele in some of the most unique resort real estate markets, Katherine prides herself on understanding their needs and desires in providing

Katherine attended Tidewater Community College and Old Dominion University in her home state of Virginia and studied marketing due to the family business in which she joined as VP of Marketing and Sales prior to attaining her real estate license.

Katherine also has her Managing Broker’s license in the states/provinces of Montana, Idaho and British Columbia, and has received her Buyer’s Agency and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist designation.
